I brought my BMW Z4 in after being told by another shop that I needed a pricey new transmission. After a thorough checkup, Brandon informed me that only a Transmission Pump Seal was needed. Amazing! I was so impressed with his honesty, I decided to go ahead with several other problem areas that warranted attention to ensure my safety and comfort. Now even with 178,000 miles, my 2004 Z4 drives like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I should add that I DID have to return it the next day when the transmission warning light came on again ... but they stand by their work 100%. Old transmissions with clean new fluid often misbehave at first but they absolutely solved the issue, all with such grace and reassurance when I was so alarmed. Plus they provided a rental car until mine was ready. I felt very pampered and valued. They say "Customer Service Is Their Passion" and it's actually TRUE.

stopped by just to get a quote on replacing the brake pads on my 2014 Audi Q5. I got much more than that. In a matter of a few minutes, Anesh had my car on a lift in their super clean shop and they showed me exactly why I did NOT need any of my brake pads replaced!
