I’ve never written a review of a business before. But I’d recommend doing business with Foreign Affairs if you’re looking for a late-model BMW or Mercedes, or if you’re interested in any other car they may have for sale. They offered a low-mileage 2012 BMW 328i convertible that I thought was fairly priced in comparison with other low-mileage 2012’s currently for sale. (This car also had the options I wanted, and none that I didn’t, so I wasn’t paying extra for pricey options like iDrive that I didn’t want.) I called and spoke to Anesh, then went up the next day to look at the car and take it out for a test drive. Since I was interested in it, I asked and Anesh arranged for the car’s inspection at Braman BMW nearby. And since I don’t live nearby, he took care of having the car dropped off for the inspection the following day and picked up afterward. The car checked out OK, except it needed a tire alignment, which Foreign Affairs paid for. Anesh, and the service staff, also took care of a couple of minor things that I requested (buffing out a couple of minor scratches on the trunk lid, and removing the front license plate holder, which included filling in and painting over two small holes in the front bumper), at no cost to me, that were done to my satisfaction. So, if you’re interested in owning a late-model BMW or Mercedes while saving big bucks on initial depreciation (I saved about $20,000), and you appreciate excellent customer service, contact Foreign Affairs Auto.
