I was lucky enough to have had Foreign Affairs Auto recommended to me by a neighbor. From day one I could tell “FAA” was different than most car repair facilities. My fresh ground, fresh brewed cappuccino was brought to me while we discussed the repairs on my 2006 Audi. Frank the owner, is hands on and is always there to over see the daily operations. Their work is excellent, they do a thorough written evaluation of your vehicle before the work is started. Frank will tell you what needs immediate attention, and what can be put off. Then “FAA” will send out reminders for those service items. They have taken me at a moments notice and arranged for a rental (at a special client rate) to get me going again. They are so accommodating, I brought my car in for service and they took me to the airport. —- you become part of the “FAA” family. Fast forward, I needed a new car. After going to every dealer in the area and getting bombarded by salesman, I was afraid to answer my phone. I stopped in at Foreign Affairs and spoke with Anesh, he showed me a beautiful off lease 2011 BMW535i with 32000 miles. After a few days of thinking about it (with NO hassle!) we made a deal. Anesh has a canny ability to read potential clients and tailor an individual sales strategy comfortable for both parties. I ended up buying an after market warranty through “FAA” and the next day we drove the car away. From the owner to the technicians, never a problem, always a smile and a car wash. Again, it’s like having a car family. Thank you “FAA”!!!!!!
